TrueServe charges a 7% flat commission on completed orders for founding partners, far below the 15-30% commonly charged by delivery marketplaces.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go directly to your Stripe account. Setup takes about 5 minutes and funds typically arrive within 2 business days.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
On Starter, additional orders above 50 are billed at $1.50 each. On Growth, it's $1.25 each. Scale includes unlimited orders with no overage fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What POS systems are supported?
Square is the current supported POS path. Restaurants can also launch with TrueServe's direct menu tools while additional integrations are reviewed.
Is there a contract?
