Is there really zero commission?
Yes. TrueServe does not take a percentage of your orders. You keep everything your customers pay for food.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go directly to your Stripe account. Setup takes about 5 minutes and funds typically arrive within 2 business days.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
On Starter, additional orders above 50 are billed at $1.50 each. On Growth, it's $1.25 each. Scale includes unlimited orders with no overage fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What POS systems are supported?
Toast, Square, and Clover on the Growth and Scale plans. More integrations are being added.
Is there a contract?
All plans are month-to-month agreements. You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice — no long-term lock-in.
